About Us
The St. Peter Realife Co-operative is unique in its cooperative style of ownership and governance. St. Peter Realife Co-operative is a co-operative apartment complex that operates exclusively as an independent living style facility for adults age 55 & over. There are one and two bedroom apartments available in different sizes and configurations. In the 2 bedroom apartments, the BR suites are divided by the living space. There is a spacious guest room available at a nominal cost. The Great Room is available at no cost at any time for any owner by reservation. It has a full kitchen and comfortable seating for 30, a large screen TV and a grand piano. It is a great room for family gatherings.
